So.....this is how we roll:

• Dope and GOOD vibes!  We welcome inclusivity, are open to new ideas, and love feedback! Just remain respectful.
• The products we sell are custom/handmade.  We pride ourselves in taking time to create and deliver a uniquely designed product to our customers.  
• Creation time can range from 5 business days up to 14 business days.  If a "need by" date has been provided in your order, make sure your contact information is provided as that we may need to communicate further beyond the details in your order.
• We ship our creations via UPS once completed.  Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.
• Behaviors, such as hate speech, bullying, and disrespect will not be tolerated.
